Technical Equipment

The AUVICA Media Framework, based on the PHP Symfony framework, was developed completely object-oriented on PHP 5. The development was strictly tied to the MVC-model (Model-View-Controller) and uses an ORM and technologies like localiation (l10n) and internationalization (i18n).

The Player

The Media Player ViMP – one of the basic components of the AUVICA Media Framework

The high-quality flash video-player ViMP supports the playback of HD-video and covers a wide area of operation, such as subtitles, dynamic galleries and expensive graphical visualization. ViMP was developed on Flex 3 and under MVC architecture alike the AUVICA Media Framework (More information on ViMP can be found here).

ViMP offers interfaces with direct support of AdTags of Zanox, Acudeo and DoubleClick, which can easily and fast be embedded. The easy-to-use administration system for ads allows you to quickly setup your video-oriented ad campaigns.

Mobile WebTV

Ideal requirements for the delivery of video content to mobile devices.

For the connection to mobile devices, such as the iPhone, other smartphones and terminals or also for the integration in (external) campaign-sites, ViMP offers functionalities to bind the templates to certain user-agents and easily deliver them with routing rules. For smartphones, among other things mobile browser compatible content can be delivered or also certain layout borders for an external iframe can be conducted.
